This pier has become a bit of a running joke amongst my friends and family — they’ve seen it in my photos a few (too many) times. While this location also happens to be one of my favorite spots for beach walks, I find myself constantly drawn back to photograph it.

Each time I return to it, it’s different — the levels of the tide, the shape of the clouds, the colors that change throughout the year — and it challenges me to find new ways to see it.

So what’s your muse — what subject do you turn to frequently, more inspired each time?
